Directions

  1. Heat butter in skillet; add in dry beef and brown. Add in flour; mix well.
  2. Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly. Cook till thickened. Put into a greased casserole. Add in layer of potato, layer of dry beef. Add in salt and pepper. Put onion on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hrs.
  3. Serves about 6-8.
