Serves: 4

4 strips mandarin zest

2 bags of Double Matcha Green Tea (I use Republic of Tea)

Combine water, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, apple, and mandarin zest in medium pot; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes.

Cover, remove from heat, and let steep 15 minutes.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve pressing all the juices from the apple. Let steep for 1 minute.

Garnish with apple slices.

First, let’s talk about how the heck did it get to be November already. Really!?! The seasonal time of year when it flies by and before you know it it’s Auld Lang Syne.

Just try to slow down long enough to enjoy the season. Think of this great recipe as an incredible mocktail that you can serve that will warm your guests when they arrive to your holiday parties.

The spices infused with the apple just make this a delicious treat any time of the day.

Sit back, relax and savor the flavors.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
