Ingredients
- 1 x Rcp Brownies from Cookie
- Â Â Mix
- 1 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. Peanut butter chips --
- Â Â Reese's
- 1 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1Â 1/2 c. Crisp rice cereal
Directions
- Make one recipe brownies from basic cookie mix. Bake for 25 min.
- Remove from oven. Proportionately sprinkle miniature marshmallows over brownies.
- Return to oven. Bake 5 additional min. Remove from oven; cold in pan.
- Combine peanut butter chips and shortening in the top of a double boiler over warm, NOT boiling water. Stir till melted. Add in the rice cereal; stir till thoroughly coated. Spread over top of marshmallows. Cold till set.
- Cut into squares.
- Makes 16
