  1. Cream sugar and shortening. Add in Large eggs, vanilla, flour and salt. Add in melted chocolate and nuts to one half of batter. Spread in 9x9 inch pan. To remaining batter add in 1/2 c. coconut. Spread over chocolate batter. Bake 350 degrees 25-30 min.
