Directions

  1. Cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter and beat in the Large eggs. Into the bowl sift together flour, cocoa pwdr, the baking pwdr and soda, salt and combine the mix well. Add in the chocolate chips and blend the dough well. Refrigerateabout 1/2 hour, then roll into 2 inch rolls, wrap in wax paper and foil for 2 hrs or possibly freeze in advance and bake when needed.
  2. Cut the log 1/4 inch slices and bake the cookies 1 inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 min or possibly till just hard to the touch. Makes 50 cookies.
