  • 2 (4 serving size) Packages Jell-O chocolate or possibly chocolate fudge flavor pudding & pie filling
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 sq. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 baked 9" pie shell, cooled

Directions

  1. Combine pie filling and lowfat milk in saucepan; add in butter and chocolate. Cook and stir over medium heat till mix comes to a full bubbling boil. Remove from heat. Cold 5 min, stirring twice. Pour into shell. Cold and refrigerate3 hrs. Garnish with whipped topping and chocolate curls, if you like.
  2. NOTE: Plastic wrap may be placed on surface before chilling.
