Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Shredded unsweetened Coconut
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1/2 c. Walnuts, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated
Directions
- Mix flour, butter, and 1/4 c sugar. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x13" pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Cold.
- Mix all the remaining ingredients. Spread over the crust layer. Bake 20 minutes at 350.
