Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 4 c. sliced peaches
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix tapioca, sugar, peaches, and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell. For topping, cut butter into flour and sugar. Add in pecans. Sprinkle over peach mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
