Ingredients
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (21 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. salad dressing (Miracle Whip)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. tiny marshmallows
- 1/2 c. nuts
Directions
- Dissolve raspberry Jello in 1 c. boiling water. Stir in pie filling. Turn into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Refrigeratetill partly set. Dissolve lemon Jello in 1 c. boiling water. Beat together cream cheese and salad dressing. Add in lemon Jello. Stir in liquid removed pineapple. Whip cream and fold into mix with marshmallows. Spread on top cherry layer. Top with nuts. Refrigeratetill set. Makes 9 servings.
