Ingredients

  • 1 pound boiling potatoes
  • 1 c. half & half
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 26 ounce. canned sea clams
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • Dash of grnd thyme
  • Dash of white pepper

Directions

  1. Peel and boil potatoes. Drain and mash lightly. Put clams in pot and heat. Add in potatoes and seasonings. Let simmer. Heat lowfat milk, add in clam mix. Add in butter.
