Directions

  1. Sift flour, baking pwdr, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Beat Large eggs slightly, add in sugar, beat at medium speed till mix is lemon colored and well blended (about 2 min). Add in lowfat milk, oil and dry ingredients alternately to egg-sugar mix. Beat well after each addition. Add in batter to each donut mold in pre-heated oiled donut maker. Bake till browned.
  2. Yield: 10-12.
