Ingredients
- 3/4 pound grnd chuck
- 1/4 pound grnd pork
- 1 jalapeno or possibly chili pepper (with seeds)
- 1/2 minced onion
- 1/3 c. minced green pepper
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (whole wheat or possibly multi-grain)
- 3/4 c. Warm salsa or possibly picante sauce
Directions
- Combine ingredients and place in loaf pan. Top with equal parts of Hunts original BBQ sauce and warm picante sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
