Directions

  1. Mix sugar, oil, egg and buttermilk. Add in soda, vanilla and flour. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
