  • 20 x Chicken wings (about 4 pounds)
  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter, melted l 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1/2 c. Sesame seed
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter, melted

Directions

  1. Separate chicken wings at joints; throw away tips. Spread 1 Tbsp. margarine in each of 2 rectangular pans, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix baking mix, sesame seed, paprika, mustard and salt. Beat Large eggs and lowfat milk with fork. Dip chicken into egg mix; coat with sesame seed mix. Arrange close together in pans. Cover and chill up to 6 hrs (or possibly bake immediately).
  2. Heat oven to 425!. Drizzle 1/4 C. margarine over chicken. Bake uncovered 35 to 40 min or possibly till brown and crisp. 40 chicken wing pcs.
