Ingredients
- 10 med. potatoes
- 2 (3 ounce) packages. cream cheese
- 2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd pepper
- 2 T butter
- 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- Paprika
Directions
- Cook potatoes till tender. Mash till smooth. Mix cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, onion salt, pepper. Beat into potatoes till smooth and fluffy. Cover and chill.To Serve: Place in greased casserole. Dot with butter, cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min, covered till heated through. Will keep refrigerated for two weeks.
