Ingredients
- 6 Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. cream
- 3 c. cooked, minced broccoli
- 2 tbsp. chopped onion
- Salt, pepper, paprika & nutmeg to taste
Directions
- Into slightly beaten Large eggs, mix the other ingredients. Mix well and pour into a large, low casserole or possibly a 2 qt baking dish, well buttered. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 min, till set and lightly browned. (Can also be cooked in a ring mold.)
