Ingredients
- 1 x 3-4 lb pork loin Roast
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1 tsp Dill weed Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325. Place roast on rack in shallow baking dish.
- Combine spices and rub over meat. Bake 30 min per lb. or possibly till meat thermometer registers 185 degrees.
