Ingredients
- 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
- About 6 c. fresh strawberries
- 4 teaspoon Sweet 'N Low
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. water
Directions
- Mash sufficient berries to measure 1 c.. Stir together Sweet 'N Low and cornstarch. Gradually stir in water and crushed strawberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cold. Place strawberries in pie shell "standing". Pour cooked mix over. Chill. Top with a little Cold Whip.
