Ingredients
- 1 c. safflower or possibly canola oil
- 1/4 c. red wine vinegar (or possibly to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or possibly less or possibly none)
- Few (about 10 grinds) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 teaspoon sugar (or possibly equivalent of artificial sweetener), or possibly to taste
- 1 1/2 tbsp. catsup
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender or possibly electric mixer till foamy and well blended. Pour into a covered container and chill till needed.
