Directions

  1. Prepare lemon soda and gelatin. Add in juice of 1/2 lemon and grated rind of lemon. Add in artificial sweetener to equal 4 Tbsp., use more if you want it sweeter. Add in 15 drops yellow food coloring. Set in refrigerator to harden. After it hardens, put in blender and whip till fluffy. Put into 10" pie pan. Top with meringue topping below.
