  • 1 lg. can V-8 juice
  • 1 lg. can 16 ounce. french style green beans and juice
  • 1 lg. onion, cut up
  • 1 green pepper, cut up
  • 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
  • 2 bouillon cubes (beef)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pound grnd chuck
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lg. can (8 ounce.) mushrooms and juice

Directions

  1. Fry grnd chuck, onion, green pepper. Add in V-8 juice, green beans, mushrooms, shredded cabbage, bouillon cubes. Simmer 2 hrs.
