Ingredients
- 1 lg. can V-8 juice
- 1 lg. can 16 ounce. french style green beans and juice
- 1 lg. onion, cut up
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
- 2 bouillon cubes (beef)
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound grnd chuck
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lg. can (8 ounce.) mushrooms and juice
Directions
- Fry grnd chuck, onion, green pepper. Add in V-8 juice, green beans, mushrooms, shredded cabbage, bouillon cubes. Simmer 2 hrs.
