  • 3 chicken breasts
  • Uncooked rice (4 servings)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can lowfat milk

Directions

  1. Mix uncooked rice with soup and lowfat milk. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole. Set chicken breasts on top of rice and soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 450 degrees for 25 min. Remove foil and cook 5 more min till brown.
