Directions

  1. Heat 1/4 c. butter and 1 c. of chocolate chips in microwave. Mix 2 c. Rice Krispies with all but 3 Tbsp. of the chocolate mix. Press into a 9 inch pie pan. Harden crust in freezer. Then add in softened ice cream. To remaining chocolate, add in 1 Tbsp. of corn syrup. Drizzle chocolate on top of pie. Garnish with a maraschino cherry in center. Freeze till hard.
