Ingredients
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. rolled oatmeal
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions
- Cream sugars and shortenings. Add in beaten Large eggs and coconut and then add in oatmeal, sifted dry ingredients and almond extract. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and press flat with fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
