Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the egg yolks
  3. Add the flour
  4. Mix well
  5. Spread into a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan
  6. Bake at 325 F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips
  8. Bake for 1 minute longer or until the chips are melted
  9. Spread the chocolate over the crust
  10. Sprinkle with the walnuts and the coconut
  11. Cool on a wire rack
  12. Cut into diamond shapes
