Ingredients
- 1 x baked cooked 9 inch pie sh
- 2 sm pkgs sugar free instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth. Use plain canned pumpkin.
- Don't use canned pumpkin pie mix. Pour into pie shell and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
