Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin (solid pack) (29 ounce.) liquid removed overnight
  • 25 packets Equal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 heaping tbsp. flour
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 quart. lowfat milk, heated

Directions

  1. Mix with electric mixer (Equal, Large eggs and salt). Add in flour (continue mixing). Add in liquid removed pumpkin (continue mixing till well blended). Add in heated lowfat milk (continue to mix slowly till well blended).
  2. Pour into two 9 inch pie plates (that have been lined with pie crust). Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min and 15 min at 350 degrees.
