Ingredients
- 1 c. 2% lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. apple juice
- 3 tbsp. liquid sweetener (or possibly 7 packets powdered)
- 1 teaspoon each cinnamon & nutmeg
- 2 c. canned pumpkin
- 2 well beaten Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
Directions
- Combine all ingredients together and pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake about 40 min in 375 degree oven.
