Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. corn oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 3 lg. ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 c. pecans or possibly mixed nuts
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
- 4 tbsp. buttermilk
- 1 c. raisins
Directions
- Sift flour and soda. Add in oil and sugar substitute; mix till light, beat Large eggs; add in (rest of ingredients) and beat till well mixed. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
