Ingredients

  • 13 ounce Evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar replacement
  • 1 1/2 c. Whole lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 x Large eggs(well beaten)

Directions

  1. Combine evaporated lowfat milk and sugar replacement. Beat well till sugar is dissolved. Add in whole lowfat milk and vanilla extract; beat well. Add in Large eggs; beat Large eggs into lowfat milk mix vigorously. Pour into ice cream maker.
  2. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. 1
