Ingredients
- 2 lg. cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 4 c. ice water, salted
- 2 to 3 fresh green onions, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon liquid sweetener
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers and salted ice water; let stand for 30 min. Drain, add in onions. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over cucumbers, toss lightly. Cover, refrigerateseveral hrs, stirring occasionally.
