Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. quick cook oatmeal
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. natural applesauce
- 1/4 c. polyunsaturated oil
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
Directions
- Mix flour, soda, salt, spices, oats, and raisins in one bowl. In a separate bowl, combine applesauce, oil, egg, vanilla, and sweetener. Beat lightly and add in to dry ingredients. Mix till lightly moistened. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake 10 min at 375 degrees.
