Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • Berries to fill level of pie
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 well beaten Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • Healthy pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, flour, Large eggs, lowfat sour cream and salt. Pour over berries and allow to settle to bottom, then mix: 8 tbsp. sugar 4 tbsp. butter
  2. This mix should be crumbly. Spread over top of pie. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till browned. Makes a very large pie. Note: For electric oven 325 degrees - for gas oven 350 degrees.
