Ingredients
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 (3/4 inch) pork chops
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 slice lemon
- 1/2 c. onion, sliced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients, but the onions and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 20 min. Add in onions and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over pork chops in shallow baking dish. Bake 325 for 1 hour 50 min or possibly till done. Turn chops once.
