Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. chicken drumsticks and/or thighs
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
- 1 T parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
Directions
- Remove skin from chicken. Put together mayonnaise and mustard. On waxed paper, put together crumbs and remaining ingredients. Brush chicken with mayonnaise mix and coat with crumb mix.In 9x13 inch baking dish, cook chicken covered with waxed paper, on high 11 to 13 min till no longer pink, rearranging halfway through cooking. Stand 3 min.
