Ingredients
- 1 box devil's food cake mix
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 T water
- 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
- 1/2 c. pecans, minced
- Powdered sugar
Directions
- Mix cake mix, large eggs, water and shortening till well blended. Stir in pecans. Shape into small balls, then roll each ball in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min. Makes about 48 cookies.
