Dessert Crepes

These are so easy and simple to prepare. Super delicious!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • toppings: nutella, strawberries, bananas.

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients, except toppings, until smooth.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and brush with oil or butter.
  3. Pour 1/4 cup batter into the hot pan, and tilting the pan to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook 2-5 minutes, turning once, until golden.
  5. Repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Serve by spreading with nutella, and then filling with sliced strawberries and/or bananas. Garnish with whipped cream and ice cream. Enjoy!
