Ingredients
- 2 pkt (8 ounce.) softened Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 can (8.5 ounce.) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. Green pepper, finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
- 2 tsp Onion, finely minced
- 2 c. Pecans, minced
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except save 1 C. pecans. Refrigerateand form into a ball. Roll in 1 C. pecans and refrigerateagain.
- Note: I don't know where these recipes originated from so I am using the names of the two ladies which gave them to me many years ago. (grin)
