  • 8 oz. roasted pumpkin
  • 2 c. milk, plus 1 tbsp. for glaze ( I used 2%)
  • 2/3 c. ( 1 1/2 sticks) butter at room temperature
  • about 9 c. AP flour
  • 4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
