Delicious Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

8 baked potatoes, cut out top and whip insides with the following:
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. tomato puree

1 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Salt to taste

Directions

Put filled potatoes back in oven and bake till a little brown.
