Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. Cornmeal
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Stir in lowfat milk just till dry ingredients are moistened. Add in oil to batter, stirring well. Heat greased 8 inch cast-iron skillet unitl very warm, pour in batter, then bake at 425 for 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
