Ingredients
- 1 lb pork spareribs (country style preferred) Boiling water
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 x egg
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. oil for deep frying
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions
- Cut spareribs into 1 inch width pcs. Cover with boiling water and boil till fork tender, (15 to 20 min). Cold. Mix 2 Tbsp. of soy sauce, egg and flour. Stir into spareribs. Heat oil to 400 degrees. Deep fry ribs till brown (3 to 4 min). Drain. In saucepan, heat 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, sugar and vinegar. Stir till thick. Add in spareribs to sauce mix and stir till ribs are thoroughly coated.
