Ingredients
- 1Â 3/4 c. Flour
- 1/3 c. Brown sugar
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Cool margarine cut in small
- 1 c. Nuts minced
- 16 ounce Canned pumpkin
- 14 ounce Eagle brand lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350*. In medium bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in margarine till crumbly. Stir in nuts. Reserving 1 c. crumb mix, press remainder firmly on bottom and halfway up sides of 12 x 7 inch baking dish. In large mixer bowl, combine remaining ingredients except reserved crumb mix; mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Top with reserved crumb mix. Bake 55 min or possibly till golden brown. Cold. Serve with ice cream if you like. Chill leftovers.
