  • 1 1/2 c. self rising flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 quart. can pie filling

Directions

  1. Heat butter in deep baking dish. Mix flour and sugar together in bowl, add in lowfat milk and blend well. Pour mix into baking dish then pour pie filing into middle of this mix. Don't STIR. Mix will rise up around filling to create top crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
