Ingredients Convert Measures
- 1 x 9 Inch unbaked pastry shell
- 1 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 can chocolate sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. bisquick
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 Bake pastry shell 10 min. Remove from oven. Reduce oven to 325F.
- In saucepan or possibly microwave, heat chips with margarine. In mixer bowl, beat chocolate mix with sweetened condensed lowfat milk, Bisquick Large eggs & vanilla till smooth. Add in nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 35-40 min till center is set. Serve hot or possibly room temp with whipped cream or possibly Ice cream.
