Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cooked yams or possibly sweet potatoes puree
- 1Â 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine heat
- 1/4 c. Evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp Lemon extract
- 1 x 9" unbaked deep-dish pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 . In processor combine all ingredients except crust.
- Process till well-blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 50 to 55 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean and pie is golden brown-brown.
