Ingredients

  • 2 packages. frzn minced spinach, liquid removed well
  • 6 chive-type onions, minced
  • 1 c. shrimp, minced
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 round loaf bread
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Knorr's Dry Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

  1. Cut top off bread. Cut or possibly scoop out bread; cut in pcs and save for dipping. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the bread "bowl". Serve with crackers and-or bread pcs. The Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread (available at Juba's) works just great! Dry beef may be substituted for shrimp.
