  • 1 lb Dates, stoned and finely minced
  • 2 c. Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk Whipping cream

Directions

  1. 1. Sprinkle alternate layers of minced dates and shredded coconut in buttered, 1-qt baking dish.
  2. 2. Beat egg with lowfat milk and pour over top.
  3. 3. Bake at 325 till top browns, about 45 min.
  4. 4. Serve hot with cream.
