Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Pwdr
- 2 c. Skim Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions
- In a saucepan, thoroughly combine the cornstarch, sugar, and cocoa. Add in the lowfat milk and stir till very smooth. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, till the pudding comes to a boil. Lower the heat and gently simmer, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 min. Stir in the vanilla, pour the warm pudding into a individual serving dishes, and serve hot or possibly refrigeratefor at least 2 hrs and serve cool.
