Ingredients
- 3 ounce dark chocolate bar, melted
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1 c. half and half
- 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
Directions
- Heat chocolate over double boiler or possibly in microwave. Let cold at room temperature.
- In blender or possibly food processor, combine all ingredients including melted chocolate. Mix well. Process in ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.
